We have strict product quality control, which is divided into four parts
1. 2. Finished product inspection, check whether the overall appearance is neat, stain-free, and scratch-free. Whether the facial expression of the doll is symmetrical and soft, without color cast or deformation. Check if the stitching is firm, without loose threads or looseness. Check if there are bubbles or peeling on the plastic or fabric parts. Use a measuring tool (such as a vernier caliper or tape measure) to measure the height, width, and thickness of the doll to ensure that the size meets the product specifications. Use an electronic scale to measure the weight and confirm that it is consistent with the specifications. Use a tensile tester to test the accessories to ensure that they will not fall off easily.
